Dosage / Method of Usage

For External Use

1. IAFA Skin Fresh Bar: Use IAFA Skin Fresh Bar for bathing.

2. IAFA E-5 Cell Repair Oil: Apply 3-5 ml IAFA E-5 Cell Repair Oil over the affected body part and allow it to get absorbed for 45 minutes and wipe it off with a dry cotton cloth. Apply thrice a day for best results. 

3. IAFA 333 Cream: Apply directly over the skin thrice a day. 

For Internal Use

4. Aahar Amrutham Ras: 30-60 ml twice a day.

5. Durva Capsules: 2 capsules once a day empty stomach. 

6. IAFA Skin Detox Tablet: 2 capsules twice a day before food. 

7. IAFA Detox Powder: Take 10-15 grams powder once in day at bed time mixed with 50 – 100 ml water.
