Dosage / Method of Usage

1. Total Care 3X Ras: Take 30 ml once a day before meal.

2. IAFA Pitpapra Capsules: Take 2 capsules 15 minutes before taking meals in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.

3. IAFA Aam Visha Balance Tablet: Take 1 tablet twice a day morning and evening 1 hour post meals.

4. IAFA Skin Detox Tablet: Take 2 tablets twice a day just after taking meals.

5. IAFA E-5 Cell Repair Oil: Apply 3-5 ml IAFA E-5 Cell Repair Oil over the affected body part, allow it to get absorbed for 45 minutes and wipe it off with a dry cotton cloth.

6. Skin Beau Tea: ½ teaspoon (2.5 g approx.) for 1 cup of tea twice a day.
