Shipping Policy

Shipping Via India Speed Post - DELIVERS WITHIN 12-15 DAYS!!

We can ship small orders through Speed Post Air - mail service of Govt. of India and it requires only one working day. The Tracking number (EMS) will be provided to you within 24 hours of shipping. You can track the package online. For more information regarding tracking number, you can contact our customer care or our e-mail at info@iafaayurveda.com.

You can track the order by putting the tracking no. EPxxxxIN in the EMS/ POST column at the website – www.track-trace.com/post.

In case of tracking in U.S.A. the package can be tracked at this website – www.usps.com.

But please remember, the tracking process works only after 72 hours of shipping.

It will take 10 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch for the products that will be sent to you through India Post. Sometimes, it may get delivered late due to regulations of clearing agencies of the destined country. But generally it does not happen. Because along with the products, we send all the required documents.

In case, if the products are to be deliver at islands or far off places that are not well connected, it may take up to 4 weeks for the product to get delivered.

Shipping Via DHL – Delivers Within 4-5 Days!!

In case, if a customer needs quick delivery, we send the products via DHL. For that he/she has to select Express Shipping and has to pay $30 extra.

* If your shopping cart contains liquid items, we cannot ship your order in Express Shipping due to safety reasons.

For Free Shipping, a customer requires to purchase at least a product of $30 and above. If the amount of the product is less than $30 then he/she has to pay extra shipping charges and that is $15.

* Customs duty payment has to be paid by the customer itself, if applied on any package.

We can ship your orders through DHL and it requires only one working day. The Tracking number will be provided to you within 24 hours of shipping. You can track the package online at www.dhl.com. For more information regarding tracking number, you can contact our customer care or our e-mail at info@iafaforallergy.com.

Delivery will be done within 4 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch/shipment. Sometimes, it may get delivered late due to regulations of clearing agencies of the destined country. But generally it does not happen. Because along with the products, we send all the required documents.

1. Express Shipping: If the amount of the product is less than $199 then he/she has to pay express shipping charges and that is $60.*

2. Free Shipping: For Free Shipping, a customer requires to purchase at least a product of $199 and above.*

*Note:-

(I) Customs duty has to be paid by the customer itself if applied on any package as per their country norms.

(II) The customer has to submit the passport number as proof of identity during customs clearance, if applied as per their country norms.

(III) We are not able to ship our products under free shipping in Algeria, Austria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, Caribbean Netherlands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Djibouti, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Switzerland, Philippines, Japan, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, China, Hong Kong, Turkey, Mozambique, Senegal and Cameroon. To get delivery in these countries, the Customer has to pay a Shipping charge of $80.
