Products Description

1. Nasal Air:

Medicated or Herbal Smoke is a medicated Ayurvedic procedure that is useful in cleaning the nasal passage. IAFA’s Nasal Air is designed for herbal smoking procedure which is extremely useful in the disorders of Vata and Kapha doshas. The herbs used in this preparation are: Aragwadha (Cassia fistula), Shatahva (Anethum graveolens), Tvak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Bala (Sida cordifolia), Syonaka (Oroxylum indicum), Eranda (Ricinus communis) and Haridra (Curcuma longa).

2. Nasal All Clear Spray:

Nasal All Clear Spray is an outstanding product from the house of IAFA. It is prepared from the herbal ingredients mentioned in ancient Ayurvedic texts and provides relief in nasal obstruction but with the guarantee of Ayurveda with respect to side effects. This nasal spray is formulated with 7 Ayurvedic herbs and Saindhava Lavana (Ayurvedic salt). The herbs used in this preparation are: Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Dronapushpi (Leucas aspera), Chandramullika (Kaempferia galanga), Agnimandha (Premna integrifolia), Vacha (Acorus calamus), Ajaji (Cuminum cyminum) and Madhuka (Madhuka longifolia).

3. Nasayoga Grutham:

IAFA Nasayoga Grutham is suitable for Nasya treatment as it acts on the nasal passage, balances Vata dosha and acts as a barrier between nasal mucosa and external environment. It contains Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) infused Gir Cow A2 Grutham.

4. Total Care 3X Ras:

Total Care 3X Ras is a potential herbomineral formulation of IAFA valued for the treatment of respiratory disorders.  The herbs used in Total Care 3X Ras are: Satyanashi (Argemone mexicana), Dronpushpi (Leucas cephalotes), Sirisha (Albizia lebbeck), Bhumi amla (Phyllanthus niruri), Vasa Putapaka (Adhatoda vasica), Dugdhika (Euphorbia hirta), Yavakashara (Hordeum vulgare) and Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra).

5. IAFA AF – 7 Tablet:

IAFA AF – 7 Tablet is designed to balance Avalambak Kapha, a sub-type of Kapha dosha that governs nasal passage, lungs, respiratory tract etc. This tablet is infused with 7 anti – microbial herbs. These are: Guggul (Commiphora mukul), Nimba (Azadirachta Indica), Haridra (Curcuma longa), Tvak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Ela (Elettaria cardamomum), Chakarmard (Cassia tora) and Triphala (compound drug).

6. IAFA Curcumin Capsule:

IAFA Curcumin Capsule contains 95% standardized extract of curcuminoids and 95% standardized extract of piperine. It contains piperine as well which improves the bioavailability of curcumin in the body. Thus, IAFA Curcumin capsules boost the immune system. 

7. Tablet Aam Visha Balance:

IAFA’s Tablet Aam Visha Balance is infused with Pitta pacifying minerals such as: Kamdudha Ras (Ayurvedic calcium compound), Giloy Satv, Akik Pishti (Agate calcium), Praval pishti (Coral calcium), Jahar mohra pishti (Ayurvedic calcium compound), Godanti Bhasma, Mukta pisti (pearl), Sankh bhasam (Conch shell) and Kapardarak bhasam. These herbs and minerals have digestive action and help in relieving nasal obstruction due to infection and over-activity of mucous secreting glands.

IAFA AF – 7 tea is a proprietary Ayurvedic preparation which contains the goodness of 7 natural herbs. All these herbs in combination help in preventing as well as infections. This tea can be taken on a regular basis as well in place of regular tea/coffee. It contains herbs such as: Katurohini (Picrorhiza kurroa), Pada (Cissampelos pareira), Daruharidra (Berberis aristata), Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia), Kutaja (Holarrhena antidysenterica), Khadira (Acacia catechu) and Chirayata (Swertia chirata).

9. Shwaskuthar Ras:

Shwaskuthar Ras is an Ayurvedic classical preparation that helps in restoring normal respiratory functioning.

Dosage / Usage

For External Use:

1. Nasal Air: Method of Usage: One end of the wick is burned and the flame should be stopped. The medicated smoke coming out of the wick can be inhaled through alternate nostrils and eliminated by oral route as per directed by the physician. Dosage: Children above 5-14 can take for 1-3 minutes. All above 14 years old can take it for 3-5 minutes.
2. Nasal All Clear X Drops: Instill 1-3 drops in nose once daily.
3. Nasayoga Grutham: Instill 1-3 drops in nose once daily. 1-3 drops can be applied on navel during night as well. 

For Internal Use:

4. Total Care 3X Ras: Take 30 ml once a day in the morning.
5. IAFA AF -7 Tablet: Take 2 tablets twice a day.
6. Curcumin Capsule: Take 2 capsules twice a day.
7. Tablet Aam Visha Balance: Take 1 tablet twice a day 1 hour after meals.
8. IAFA AF-7 Tea: Take 1 teaspoon tea twice a day.
9. Shwaskuthar Ras: Take 2 tablets twice a day.
