In Nasya karma, medicines are administered through the nasal route. This dhupam wick is handcrafted with 7 herbs. These herbs are: Aragwadha (Cassia fistula), Shatahva (Anethum graveolens), Tvak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Bala (Sida cordifolia), Syonaka (Oroxylum indicum), Eranda (Ricinus communis) and Haridra (Curcuma longa).

Dosage / Usage

For External Use:

1. Nasal Air: One end of the wick is burned and the flame should be stopped. The medicated smoke coming out of the wick can be inhaled through alternate nostrils and eliminated by oral route. Method of Usage: Take it for 3-5 minutes.
2. Nasal All Clear Spray: Spray 3-5 times in a day.
3. Nasayoga Grutham: Nasayoga Grutham: Instill 4-5 drops twice daily. 2-3 drops can be applied on the navel area before going to bed.
4. Nasal All Clear X Drops: Instill 4-5 drops twice daily.

For Internal Use:

5. Total Care 3X Ras: Take 30-60 ml once a day in the morning.
6. Respiratory Detox Tablet: Take 2 tablets twice a day before food.
7. Respiro Detox Formula: Take ½ tsp. (3 g approx.) with honey or lukewarm water twice a day.
8. IAFA Curcumin Capsule: Take 2 capsules once in a day on an empty stomach in the morning. 
9. IAFA Res Chai – 7: Take ½ teaspoon (2.5 g approx.) for 1 cup of tea twice in a day.
