Dosage / Usage

For External Use:

1. Nasal Air: One end of the wick is burned and the flame should be stopped. The medicated smoke coming out of the wick can be inhaled through alternate nostrils and eliminated by the oral route. Method of Usage: Take it for 3-5 minutes.
2. Nasayoga Grutham: Nasa Yoga Grutham: Instill 4-5 drops twice daily. 2-3 drops can be applied on the navel area before going to bed.
3. Nasal All Clear X Drops: Instill 4-5 drops twice daily.

For Internal Use:

4. Total Care 3X Ras: Take 30-60 ml once a day in the morning.
